01Who we are
CN.Studio (Chris N Studio) is an independent clothing label based in Perth, Western Australia. In these terms, “we” and “us” means CN.Studio, and “you” means anyone visiting or buying from this site. You can reach us any time at chris@cnstudio.design.
02Orders
Your order is confirmed once payment goes through and you receive a confirmation email. Our drops are limited, and pieces may not be restocked once they sell out. If something you ordered turns out to be unavailable, or was listed at a clearly wrong price, we’ll let you know, cancel that item and refund you in full.
03Prices & payment
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless you choose another currency, in which case the converted amount is shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify, and we never see your full card details.
04Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival, and these are the customer’s responsibility.
05Offers & codes
Offers such as the welcome gift are one per person, valid only for the time shown when you claim them, can’t be exchanged for cash, and can’t be applied to an order after it’s placed. Free shipping offers apply within Australia only. We may change or end an offer at any time, but an offer you’ve already claimed is honoured for the time it was held for you.
06Returns & your rights
Our pieces come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, doesn’t match its description, or isn’t fit for purpose, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. For anything else, like a size that isn’t right, email chris@cnstudio.design and we’ll work it out with you.
07Emails & texts
If you sign up for an offer, you agree to receive marketing emails and text messages from CN.Studio. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or the opt-out link in any text. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
08Our designs
Everything on this site — designs, graphics, photos and words — belongs to CN.Studio. Please don’t copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission.
09Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, and as far as the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
10Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
